- You are responsible for providing the accurate and complete shipping address, including the Gift Recipients Name, street number and street name, floor, suite, or apartment number, if applicable, and zip code.
During peak holiday periods (Christmas Mothers Day and Valentines Day) allow one (1) extra day for shipping. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not counted when calculating the number of days in transit. Depending upon the destination allow 2-10 business days for ground service. Shippers do not guarantee specific dates for ground service. For guaranteed arrival dates select 2-day or overnight. Shipping schedules are for destinations within the continental United States. Although we will try our best to meet your delivery date requirements, during peak holiday seasons, delivery times are not guaranteed by UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS. Please allow additional time for shipping during the holidays.
Shipping times stated on our website are estimated and we cannot guarantee shipment times as we cannot control delays incurred by UPS, Fedex, DHL or the Postal Service. We will not refund shipping costs due to delays beyond our control.
Summer Shipping (June 1st thru Sept. 30th) Intense heat can effect the quality and presentation of certain food items. To ensure your satisfaction we limit shipping options during summer months on certain Items and chocolate items within gift baskets may be replaced with items of equal or greater value. Gift baskets need to arrive within the week they are shipped to avoid sitting in the shippers hot warehouse over the weekend. Orders recieved before 10:00 am EST are usually shipped same day depending on time of year, Orders placed after 10:00 am EST may be shipped next day. Ground available for gift baskets and cookies (depending on destination, allow 2-5 business days for arrival)

UPS Ground service is the most economical service but arrival times vary depending on destination. Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday2nd DAY AIR:
Delivery by 5 PM in 2 business days to most U.S. locations; by 7 PM to residential addresses. Orders are shipped out Monday through WednesdaySTANDARD OVERNIGHT:
Delivery by 3 PM. the next business day to most U.S. locations; by 4:30 PM to certain areas. Orders are shipped out Monday through Thursday3-DAY EXPRESS:

- Returns & Replacements:
- Customer satisfaction is Arcana Gift Baskets top priority. We've set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and easy return and exchange process. When your Gift arrives inspect the package at the time of delivery. Ask the Shipper for a copy of the delivery receipt. It is your responsibility to check that all items are correct and all pieces accounted for before you sign. If the product is damaged in shipping, you may choose to refuse the delivery and contact our customer service to let us know you have refused the delivery. All gifts properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original payment method. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any applicable restocking fees. If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund. If you are returning a product that was given to you as a gift, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund. Please contact Arcana Gift Baskets for further instructions on how to process your return. If there was an error on our part, please contact us within 14 days and we will send you the correct gift and pick up the incorrect product. .
